About the event
FIELD DAY SPEAKERS
Jim Stute is an agricultural scientist. He will speak about the comparisons of regenerative agriculture versus conventional agriculture. Jim will share the results of the first year in the research plots at Case Eagle Park.
Jamie Patton is the Senior Outreach Specialist for the Nutrient & Pest Management Program at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Her expertise is in soil health, soil science, nutrient management and cover crops.
Adam Lasch is a leader in conservation efforts throughout southeastern Wisconsin. Adam and his wife, Betsy, are increasing their farm’s resiliency through good stewardship practices that not only increase their profitability but also improve water quality and soil health.
Rhia Holden is the Resource Conservationist for the Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) for Waukesha, Milwaukee, Racine and Kenosha Counties. Rhia will compare regenerative soil health runoff and infiltration vs conventional agriculture.
